Overview of Human Resources Management
              Part I discusses mainly the rate of human resources in an organization. Their importance in various private and public organizations in the Philippines and abroad as pointed out by the academicians and practitioners in the management field is highlighted .It also gives the definition of human resources management, briefly outlines its scope and differentiates Personnel Management from human resources . Stories of success attributed to human resources management  . Stories of success attributed to human resources management. Stories of success attributed to human resources management as experience by some firms are recounted. History of human resources management as experience by some firms are recounted. History of human resources management in the Philippines describes each period and terms of implications for the welfare of workers.

Si Esnu ay isang manggagamot , manghuhula naman si Filoski , Si Fuhu ay teacher na ayaw magturo at si Edenpo ay teacher na masigasig magturo. Si
Braig ay naglakbay para matuto ng ng yoga and meditation.At naging mag aaral niya si Fecwo at ito ay active na Belilo at mag aaral niya rin si Enofas na active namang Fashi. Si Eisbe ay mag aaral ni Esnu subalit ayaw niyang maging manggagamot at si Fudagam ay matulunging manggagamot at mag aaral din ni Esnu. Mapangarapin naman si Fefri subalit si Ehefa ay natupad na ang pangarap.
Fefri: Eto na ang assignment ko pag usapan natin ang katawan ng tao. Ayon dito ang tao ay galing sa liwanag at galing sa jelly loooking na pinagmulan at galing sa dagat hinabol ng scorpion nakarating sa lupa.Aling bahagi ng tao ba ang mahalaga?
Fecwo : Kung anong problema ng may katawan yun ang mahalaga .
Enofas: Lahat yan mahalaga simulan natin sa puso.
Fefri : Puso - ang puso ng tao ay pnapag aralan ng mga cardiologists, sa medical science na cardiology. Maraming topic sa heart nariyan ang blood pressure, cholesterol , saturated fats, stroke, heart attack.

Parang lumalabas na Mahal na araw ay bahagi na lang Bantayog festival dahil ang Bantayog festival ay 15 days.Ang semana santa ay one week lang.
May hinahanap si Fefri na kulang sa buhay niya .
